A bit uh, unwoke of me but on a similar note I feel like the movement of the exact same group of people from North CIty St Louis to North County, slightly later further out North County, then hopping the river to St.Charles proper and then moving further thru St. Charles county now to Wentzville

why would a young person need a good school district? why wouldnt they look in the city or inner ring. sure maybe not downtown or the hood but the better parts still arent expensive
