Yeah, I'm trying my best. It took me the whole month of August suffering through initial symptoms to finally take time off from animation work in order to focus on this. Marginal improvements so far! Hoping it continues in the right direction

Haha, I don't plan to go to the gym until the doctor gives me the go ahead! I'm really hoping it doesn't come to surgery. I'm planning to strictly follow the PT routine. Hoping it works!

Big oof. That's awful. Thank you for the well wishes and hope yours stays in check! Once I recover, I'm definitely planning on increasing my baseline physical fitness and core strength to help prevent future incidents. I'm already dropping weight!
