For me personally, the finite nature of them satisfies me immensely when Im trying to do everything and 100% game. Walking past a camp that was teeming with enemies previously and seeing it empty makes me happy. I understand your concern though

Eternal Strands came out just recently and it's super fun!!!! It has sword slashing in it for combat but I wouldn't say it's the primary focus

I no longer install games larger than 70 gigabytes, it's just not worth it. And 70 is generous

It may not be the exact same, and also probably more inaccessible than the avg gamer has access to but the game VTOL VR on steam, if you pilot a 2 man aircraft, you can do a lot of radar control, comms, and other responsibilities while the pilot handles the guns and flying.
