I get it, but I was suggesting something I've had in mind for a while. Offices call and want me to verify that I'm me but have never tried to reassure me that they were who they claimed to be.

I think that companies should start establishing a reverse pin code when you create an account so that if they call you they should be able to give you the agreed upon code so that you're somewhat assured that it's actually them calling you.
