yesterday turned into a really REALLY bad mental day for no reason at all. worked out w/ bae sprinks, he took me to target to chill, ate a good dinner, and nothin. its still sticking around a bit today but yea its the worst depressive episode ive had in a long, LONG time. s/o to bae sprinks ily
