THIS is why I have a list of plants that aren't good for cats. Ebony is fine. Nothing bad happened, yet this Philodendron plant... I had no clue was bad for her until a Botany major told me about it.

Now that I know what it's called, this image is what I was describing. Back in the 80s? (Mostly 90s & 2000s when I encountered them) Lenticular art on kids items seemed like it was everywhere. Go against the grain and scratch it sideways it makes a horrendous sound, and the texture is awful imo. Ick

I know exactly what you mean. However, I've yet to encounter a sound or sight that hurts my teeth. So far, large grain sugar coated anything, peeled oranges & almonds will always make the skin in & around my mouth itch. Oh! And this old-school gem, I'll always be able to hear off pure image alone.

My baby Ziya. 3 days old now. Full head of hair and my 2nd cousin. I was 8 years old when I held her mother as an infant, and now I've witnessed my uncle become a grandfather. New member of the family! Yes, that's my baby too. Mi abuelita is so happy. She's a great-grandmother again! Love babies ☺️🤗
