It was a little cool at first, then warmed up. Typical fall weather for central NC. Of course I'd rather it was Spring...
The crowd was larger than it looks in the photo. It's a small town, but it was a large turnout. We drove from another town as did others.

Our rally was small by comparison. I couldn't take a photo of the crowd. Most people were on the courthouse square where the organizers led songs and chants. We stood on the street and waved small flags. People lined up along 4 blocks, sometimes 2 lines deep.

Big crowd in a small town near enough to us so we can easily attend. Had a good time. Organized singing and chants, lots of support from passing cars. Only saw one ( ) flag fixed to the predictable pickup truck.

Cupboard is his family piece mid 19th century with most of its original glass.
The lower part is also stuffed with glass

Reckon its worth it to have a kitty who is breathing fine and fun weekend plans!
Not a great pic of crooked eyes, but they don't match. He also has a chronic untreatable condition that makes his eyes weep. The blotch on his neck is a benign cyst. The vet said it was best not to operate at his age

I had to get stuff out closets, etc. before painters come. There isn't much space in our small house. Our vocal, opinionated cat pulled it down because he wanted to lie on top of it. I had to put it back 3 times before I finally secured it so HE could have his bed and I'd have a place 4 things.
