idk what's available but kitasan black is gonna be the best speed ssr u can get for a very long time, but if it's only launch cards go for super creek (unless u have them at 3* already)

YUP... and it's completely random which stat u get a spark of. but if u get to 600+ it's a 1/10 chance that you'll get a 2*/3* spark for that stat. so best bet is just to aim for 600 speed and stam every run and pray <:)

that just means to get 2* sparks on your resulting veteran, not to have them activate during the career! unless that's what you meant and i'm bad at reading

she also left dearstage (management company) overall which. considering their venues are meant as places for rookie idols to work i wonder if that means she's just moving to the next stage of her career...? though she's been a fully professional idol in a not THAT small group for this long already
