Absolutely magical. Cosy, whimsical, and enjoyable books, though sometimes quite broody and gory.
The only criticism is the pacing and the structure, I guess. They both feel a bit empty in the first half, and rather (too?) eventful closer to the end

Am I the only one who didn’t like it that much? It was… well, readable? Plus points for the magical system and the_plottwist_tm but overall the pacing was all over the place. The whole plot subdued to the romantic line and moved simply by the force of romantic tropes 🙄
