High suspicion all these products carry similar blends. I’ll look into others but only through analytics and not physical consumption.

Did more research. It’s better to take a creatine supplement and work out than this. The blend is a proprietary mix so there’s no telling how much extracts you’re consuming and if the amount you’re taking produces the expected benefits.
