Just because I know this is going to come up periodically: the hashtag #ActuallyAutistic simply indicates that the person posting is autistic themself.
It exists because hashtags like #autism were perennially dominated by people posting *about* us.

I do both. Depends of the yarn I use. If I want a delicate flowers I attach to base and if I use cotton or thick yarn I crochet between sometimes doing finish stitch
