Started swimming laps last week in the therapy pool. Only a few, with a kickboard, fins, and snorkel, so I didn't have to think about how to breathe. I feel like it doesn't get my heart rate up that much, maybe I'm not doing it hard enough? I've lost so much stamina since hurting my back in
