Today is the 80th anniversary of The Railway Series, aka Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends.

My original hyper fixation franchise. I have so many fond memories of watching the series on VHS, playing with the toys, and singing the songs. My earliest memories are of Thomas.

Thank you, Thomas.

You want the Kessel Run Millennium Falcon LEGO set from Solo: A Star Wars Story because it’s a financially valuable set.

I want the Kessel Run Millennium Falcon LEGO set from Solo: A Star Wars Story because I love Solo: A Star Wars Story.

We are not the same.

I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Britt Allcroft, the creator of the Thomas the Tank Engine show. She also directed The Magic Railroad movie which was genuinely my favorite childhood film.

I have so many fond memories growing up watching the show and playing with the toys. RIP.

I think for The Force Awakens’ 10th anniversary I’m gonna try for this to be the year I collect the original TFA 3.75 action figures (also I literally feel uneasy calling them the original action figures), like at least the figures and vehicles.

Think that’ll be my collecting resolution.

Can confirm it was a better year, 2023 Me 🥹

You found love and acceptance from friends as well as finding yourself. While there are still tough times, you are genuinely happy and in a better place.

Yipppeeee Star Wars Retro Collection continues!!!!

Rebel Fleet Trooper is for sure a pick up. I am wondering if Walrus Man is going to be the old Kenner figure since he already had one?

I just wanna say how much I love the Star Wars Retro Collection toy line, it along with the Micro Galaxy Squadron lines are really the only two that have kept me in the Star Wars collecting space.

I hope with all my heart and being that Hasbro continues it.

Was randomly reminded of this Letterboxd review I made earlier this year as I was watching the annual real time animation of Titanic’s sinking and just bursted out laughing.

One of the first products Kenner released in 1977 long before the action figures was the Escape the Death Star board game.

With the sudden success of the film, the early strategy of Kenner was to slap Star Wars imagery on anything they could find before the figures were ready.

This cute lil fucker is genuinely the only thing keeping me going today. #Blahaj
