I rember buying this from either* John Menzies or WH Smiths whilst out late night Christmas shopping with the family. No idea why I wanted to buy it as I wasn't a massive Suggs fan or anything.
*the Menzies in town became Smiths at some point but I'm not sure exactly when that was.

And finally I picked up a G1 Dirge for a quid. At least I think it's Dirge, but it could be Thundercracker. He's missing all his accessories unfortunately but I couldn't leave him there for that price.

The box is a bit knackered and the cellophane is starting to come off so I'll probably end up opening it.

Well after a bit of tinkering with the motors we have movement on the Robotix bot.

This seems to be the "default" build for this set and just look at it. A big robot dinosaur thing on wheels.
Also apparently this set seems to be from when they re-released Robotix in the mid 90s rather than the 80s original.

No idea if the electronics work as it takes 4 D cell batteries and who the hell has those nowadays?
