Been avoiding the update for so long now, whenever I open the settings app it immediately takes me to the software update section to approve it

The thing you can’t blame religion for the actions of ignorant people. Federal law states I shouldn’t commit murder, then I go kill a guy anyway. At that point is it the law’s fault for my actions or would I be held liable for my own actions?
