My dad did, which is why I do now with my kids. My mom didn't and still doesn't, which is why we struggle to get along.

Wow, that's a take.

🤣 You sound like my daughter. She'd sell her younger brother for a grape.

I'm so sorry, Solomon. Our furry companions are so special. I know he had a great life with you, but it's so hard to say goodbye.

Moving solidarity! We finish up our move next weekend! There's still a lot to do, but it's manageable. Good luck to y'all!

I'm firmly of the opinion that we ALWAYS need experienced, caring mental health professionals and that we needed more accessibility before Covid, but we were too ableist to see it. Now, "post" Covid, we're tearing down the accessibility we implemented as fast as we can! It's tragic.

That's horrific. It's now commonplace and requires very little imagination to see how it would work. How shortsighted.

My cats are idiots and cause plenty of problems. They can stay exactly as dumb as they are, thankyouverymuch

This gorgeous girl has kept me going through the hardest parts of the past few years. I'm now buying a house with a separate apartment so that I can keep her and her sister and have space for my son, who is allergic (we're working on that). Not giving up on either of them!
