🧵 It's really hard for ppl with United Health Care to find therapists in my area. Three years ago, I got our clinic credentialed so we could see UHC patients and meet that need. Friends, they don't tell providers the rates they pay until you are ready to sign the contract at the end.

Yeah, but I'm pissed to be in the situation where I want him to stay alive now. He's unmitigated chaos, but that makes him less effective. JD Vance will be able to accomplish (read: destroy) so much more.

Absolutely disgusted by this. Military service people risk their fucking lives and get paid VERY little to do so. We promise them certain benefits like healthcare, and they earned those. It is beyond ghoulish to portray them as dependent on the government and "lacking integrity."

When I was on internship at the VA, Glenn Beck was popular among the vets. They were fired up by rhetoric that there would be a caliphate in the US. They believed they were losing rights. It scared them. They have been slow-walked for decades into fascism & complicity with their own mistreatment.
Soon to be Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth complained on Fox that veterans who use the benefits they've earned are dependent on the government and lack "personal integrity".
This is what every Vet who wore their MAGA hats to the VA hospital voted for.
