Every time I have a straw near my face am scared to poke my eye

I’m just throwing some stuff out there too vent. I have been struggling with my mental health most my life. I’m young, still have so much growing and living to, but I have been stuck for so long. I’m getting better at a snails pace. But I have to get through this and remember all I want and love
