When your birthday is around Mardi Gras, you can DEFINITELY use it as an excuse to have some #KingCake shipped in from across the country. I've had many different king cakes shipped up here from Louisiana and so far Joe Gambino's are the only ones that make the adventure in one piece.

Project "Birria Taco Garden" has germinated! I've never gardened veggies before, but with current state of the country I decided that I needed to develop the skill. Starting off small by growing the peppers, herbs, and veggies I would need for birria taco night.
