Eventually, they find the ruler of the dungeon, a ABDL eldritch being that's been feeding off of their struggles and thoughts. That revelation is the last push that leads them to bab brain insanity, leaving them to the whims of their new caretaker.

Adventurer explores a dungeon that slowly begins to corrupt their mind with ABDL and other kink thoughts. Specific traps, having to take up ABDL gear after their regular stuff gets trashed, etc.

It can certainly be off-putting, even for outsiders/adventurers who don't have arachnophobia. However, Casandra is well aware of this and tries to approach newcomers slowly. (The amount of soggy pants she's had to change after surprising someone...)
