When Akigane and Haurchefant got married Estinien served as Akigane’s best man coz they needed a witness and Estinien was in the area. Haurchefant‘s was Yaelle.

Eithne/Raubhan was because they're both middle-aged, had been through a lot and fought for their livelihoods so there seemed a reasonable compatibility.

When I woke up there was a bird in my house and I can’t imagine what that must have been like for them to find themselves trapped in a strange new place that’s packed to the brim with predators that want to kill it for the joy of it, and then suddenly a giant removes the predators and saves it.

Piane was a mess when puberty hit and he was kept in his village instead of getting sent out into the jungle and it only got worse as he got too tall and too curvy. He became a healer entirely to try and compensate for how wrong he was (1/?)

Akigane has always been flings > relationships.
Thancred and Urianger were individual flings in ARR, Estinien and Aymeric were an occasional treat for him and Haurchefant in ARR/HW, Nero in post-EW.
The closest he gets to regret is when Estinien is a bad lay but it’s more of a joke between them.

Face 4 male au ra are Incredibly Difficult to create in any character creator that isn't FFXIV, so Aki is a pita to try and put anywhere else.
I've managed semi-ok versions in Soul Calibur 6 and Baldur's Gate 3 but they're only fine.

This sounds like the build up for a joke but im actually curious what people go for. i have yet to meet a miqo'te npc with a longer tail then Y'dyalani.

This year I and two others managed grow a crop of a notoriously difficult to grow native plant that can and will be used in wilderness restoration.
This year has been a lot, but I did manage that so I can be at peace with this year as I move forward into the next.
