Logging more miles this summer and seeing more of the same trails over and over. The mornings are starting to get darker, so I'm appreciating the light while we have a little of it.

Hard since you're always going to be coming in halfway into the stories. So the trick is sticking around long enough that you start to feel you have some context and know some names. Following one or two writers and especially following one team/a couple players is a good approach.

Spring at last

The sun is finally starting to lighten things up reasonably early. Hopefully there's nothing happening soon that will stop that from happening!

I'm starting to get tired of the dark DARK in the mornings and have started looking ahead to when it'll be a little warmer, a little sunnier.

These were taken a couple days apart. I only miss the dry when the rain comes through.

It has been foggy this week, which hasn't helped that it's the gloomiest and darkest time of the year for being out in the morning.

Recently visited my favorite local monument, this life-size horse on top of a Shoe Repair store. They've updated it with some holiday spirit.
