I seen one of these hospitals and they cut up to 30-40% of their staff when they have fewer patients and then try to hire back people when they get patients and so on. So you can imagine the moral and low staffing they have.

I can't believe that they actually are admitting to doing this, almost seems like they admit that Facebook has failed at it main job.
