Oof, that was ugly but it’s a start - told my therapist my goal was to get one 30min ride in before our next appointment. The judgmental side eye from my new workout buddy didn’t help though 👀

New puppy followed by said puppy having a solid 5 months of health issues last year meant I went from riding 100+ miles/week to zero all year.

Moved house. She’s so excited and has so much room for happy zoomies 🥰 This park is her absolute favorite place to go on adventures so we really lucked out.

Love having Black Hill Regional Park as our new back yard. Trail entrance is about 1/4 mile from the house and we have a lake view 🥰

1) Get grades good enough to get into grad school

When life gets to be too much I always go back to old dive footage. The ocean is truly my happy place where I can be truly present and nothing else exists.

As an SSRI and NDRI-taking girlie, summer in DC is as close to what I imagine the temperature of hell is like. Heat intolerance is probably one of the most maddening side effects for me.
My one and only goal for the next 10 days is to not die.
