I’ve also been more into sub stack and reading local news. Trying to be more mindful about my consumption on social media. I was always using the excuse of social media being apart of my job to not be as mindful but I realize how much of a detriment it causes to my mental health.

Okay it’s been a while Bluesky. I am feeling a bit more centered since I last posted anything on here. I began doing Morning Pages today finally after hearing about it for so long. And omg - I didn’t think I would be able to fill out three pages so fast I lost track and wrote 4 😂

Getting increasingly so so legitimately scared of staying here in this place. I feel frozen in place trying to come up with plans B and C…

But I do love my wife the most of all. Lately it feels like she’s the best part of life. 🩷 I know it’s cheesy to say so but with my mental health tanking as it is she helps keep me going.

I can’t remember a time where I felt more depressed and directionless than I do now 🖤

How obsessed with Aurora music can I be? No bounds is the answer. All. day. long. Listening to divine expression of emotions through music is what’s getting me through lately. Helping me survive my own hellscape of emotions and overwhelm.
