Trump and Co will do the same, and the presence of Musk and Zuck should remind you of Goebbels and the propaganda machine. Social media is going to become even more unusable and unreliable than it is today. 2/2

Indulge/Excess I need the treasures and the hedonism please.

I am extremely jealous of those people, then!

Do people not wake up with to their internal monologue reminding them of all the things they need to do and everything they messed up yesterday?

This is what my pick was going to be

That's so interesting because for me cigarettes were entirely physical! Sugar has been a mix of both, especially because it's everywhere this time of year
November 27, 2024 at 3:14 PM
This is so true. I'm not sure if it was more physical or mental but it was (is) so hard with sugar

I like the character. Not to invalidate folks' criticisms, but a lot of the negative chatter seems to be just shallow stuff about corporate mascots? The criticism seems to be HE'S WEEEIRD and like idk he's just a funny little dude idk why it evokes such a visceral reaction in people.

I do tend to make a habit out of pointing out threatening cards as I see them, including my own. I feel like a large part of casual edh is being able to deflect attention away from yourself, but sometimes people genuinely don't see the threat and it's okay to ask if they see the same things you see.

Cool cool! Best of luck with finals!

It's definitely a journey! Are you a 1L?

I always feel so self conscious while watching comedies because I won't laugh along with the movie or show and everyone else is laughing. In my head I'll know it's funny but I won't laugh because I'm watching? It always makes me feel weird

I'm reading The Way of Kings now and it is so good! I hope you enjoy it.

To be clear, sandbagging Insurrection is a good call and a solid way to win. I just had major feel bads years ago that really impacted my deck building style. It's like an old nemesis.
November 20, 2024 at 9:43 PM
Just funny results when I was a lot less experienced. I had a couple of games lost where a person was doing absolutely nothing and just ripped Insurrection off the top of the deck and won a game they had no business winning. I learned that if I want the win I can't wait until the next turn.

Words cannot describe how much I love Disrupt Decorum and how much I cannot stand Insurrection.

I have a similar reaction every week doing my therapy homework.

I sure hope so! So far it's been a breath of fresh air over here.

Bad brain day for me. Gotta keep moving! Thanks for providing a space to just stop and check for a second.

Also I usually don't like to pick on specific commanders to avoid looking like I'm bullying, but Thurid to me is so emblematic of the second issue. Does it support those types? Yes. Is it inspired? Absolutely not. Thoughts on that kind of design?

Damn these are extremely good points. The third especially.
