Yeah. I'm sorry :( I always get hit with sickness in November. It's good that you don't have that problem. We get fired after 8 call outs that aren't excused and we have to jump through hoops to get them excused.

Do vitamins help you at all? It doesn't prevent it, but I get better days faster

This is what angers me most about jobs. You have to prove you're sick or you get in trouble for staying home. If otc tests were available for all those illnesses, maybe you wouldn't get penalized for staying home

The level of silence regarding talk about suicide feels so extreme now. I think it should be a conversation no different than drugs, alcohol, addiction, etc.

I've talked about it openly before but most professionals can't determine what's a conversation and what's an admission so they just panic
