The problem is when selecting which animals to kill hunters and rangers have extremely different targets.

To mimic natutal predators, rangers want to kill the old and the sick. Hunters want to kill bigger, stronger deer for better trophies and better/more meat.

That makes sense. Two points, first Asian urbanism is largely build from the ground up like North America where as more European urbanism is built on historical streets.

Second, Asian urbanism is just better, generally, and this is from someone who has lived in both major European and Asian cities.

Even as a strategic decision, this deal seems ill-advised. The Trump administration has shown a willingness to use any and all leverage to bully countries.
