No way. Who cares if it’s light in the morning? I would much rather have permanent Daylight Savings Time! Way more time for afternoon and evening activities with friends and family. Who the heck needs more light when we’re all just waking up and going to work?

I hate to tell all of you this, but....
This is already a very LEGAL program here in the USA. It's called EB5. And it only costs $1,000,000. All you have to do is 'loan' $1M to a construction project/development and when the project is completed, you get a green card! True story.
