got a new desk bc the old one was getting wobbly, so I took the opportunity to try a column setup with my displays, put my PC up off the floor, move the old desk to the side, and put my speakers closer together :)) I feel very fancy

I turn 28 today-- it's the second year in a row that I've "felt my age" lmao. I'm the same age now as many of those I looked up to when I was younger; I think I would've looked up to me too.
Anyway, my birthday present this year is performing with my band, and I couldn't ask for anything better :)

this Majora's Mask painting I did back in 2022 still blows my mind-- I spent a MONTH on this thing bc I thought I was sooo smart for the excessive use of smudge brushes to "sculpt" shapes without using brush strokes, but it was just inefficient lol. Still, it's a massive piece, and looks cool

for the last year I've taken up a near-daily meditation practice, usually like 15-30 minutes at a time, and when I do it at work I just find any empty office or room and go sit in the dark lmao
