same thing happened to me. they told me to stop taking spiro because of my finasteride. turns out it is a DHT blocker and doesn't actually block testosterone specifically. felt way better after starting on Spiro again.

in addendum, i think that as hard as it may be to deal with those feelings and lay them back on the table, it is really important to let yourself feel those things and to think about them. do not ruminate, but it is very important to remember and feel them. lean on others to stay sane in the process
