Ah interesting, are switches always supposed to take immediate effect? I didn't know that, that's good to take into account when we eventually implement them!

I'd love to use it. It's much clearer to (some) users whether something is on or off, because it looks more like native apps. Toggles are also heavily used in cookie banners, so that helps with familiarity.
