The Delta Tribal Environmental Coalition's civil rights complaint against the State Water Resources Control Board has been investigated by the Region IX US EPA Civil Rights division and EPA HQ Civil Rights division since 2022. Now it appears to be shuttered indefinitely, if not permanently.
