Interesting fact: both @skybound.bsky.social and Marvel's Gen-1 Transformers had the iconic "Optimus Prime vs. Megatron" showdown. I have no idea what's ahead when the issue drops in 9 days, but please don't have it end like this:

So, I initially thought that Spike volunteered himself to be a "bridge" between the matrix and Optimus. But on second look, no. Dude was fully ready to sacrifice himself to save Optimus by entering the matrix, and then Prime stopped him at the last second, creating the "bridge" between them.
