I've started making bread again!
Here is my proofing solution without using plastic wrap!
My oven has a 110F proofing setting and these storage containers are not bothered.
I'm super happy with the results!
Not perfect as they are plastic but it beats using plastic wrap.

My husband's incredibly expensive flexible titanium eyeglasses ejected a screw in some mysterious way this morning.
He bent over to pet the dog who was thankfully on her puffy soft dog bed and the lens fell out.
My first thought was "Ugh"

So much glass shards and much mopping, we are blessed.

Question on follows:
If I have no manifest reason to block but have zero desire to follow back,
what is the best thing to do?

I'm getting follows from folks with just pictures of themselves or empty bios.

Totally confused.
