Post-run selfie!

Been on a cpap for sleep apnea for 5 nights now and I'm beginning to feel the effects. Including finding breathing is just smoother. I didn't realise it was a problem before now 🤣

A post from Mark Cuban that reads: Young men don't open bank accounts. They are too expensive. They download coin base or Robinhood app and buy crypto. That's their savings If one party pushes that number higher. They vote for em. Gensler/Biden caused those savings to go down. The demo with the biggest change was young men.

Wrapped up the funeral season yesterday so today I went for a potter around Edinburgh to check the castle was still there. Safe to say no-one has made off with it since I last saw it.
An open expanse of road leads up to Edinburgh Castle. Tourists are heading towards the entrance and the sky is grey and cloudy. It looks nice and moody but I was freezing my nadgers off.

For no particular reason, here is a picture of Wesson being groomed with a toothbrush because it's the only form of brushing she'll put up with.
