I'd like to see some more coverage over chargers, even if a smaller cover over the charger, to give some protection from the weather while using the screen.
Would probably help with reliabity too.

Unfortunately, sometimes these things happen, water goes a long way when leaking/spilt.
Well done on quick actions to stop it!
You'll always know where the stop tap is in future, and check it works. 😃

Hope your trip will fire up your passion, but its fine to take a break too, we have in the past not had a MAP, but was good as we went to new parks.
This year we thought for a long time as to renew MAP or not, in the end we did as got a discount from a work loyalty scheme.

I asked them to connect the Zappi, rather than the Seat Mii, but @octopus.energy kept trying to sort it out via the VW app, which was fruitless, so I just turned it off!

I've turned off smart charging in the Octopus app, let the zappi schedule charge between 0030 & 0530.
Still on IO go, without them questioning it.

Certainly in the UK, it's illegal to remotely start an engine, or leave it unattended....
