I have been doing DDP for 12 months, some mornings I only have 20 mins in the tank, some days I can do more. As long as I do something though.
If I am overdoing it and it begins to grind, I swap it out for a walk.

I have done it as part of my weight loss journey. Started off with the easy modifications as I was big, as I got smaller/stronger did the exercises properly. Have lost 120lbs.
