i don't really think that people were truly associating themselves with the impim community either. it was kind of a side community of people that liked the look and probably didnt realize that it was something else and it wasn't the main community. i think it became popularized on vrchat.

sorry that it affected you like that and it made you dislike the community. there really are good and bad sides to the entire thing, i just like the look of them, tbh.
