Peter shifted uncomfortably, giving her a cautious look. Something about this woman made him feel uneasy.

"I try to eat when I can..." He never took his eyes off of her.

I don't know...It just stopped working! I guess that's what happens when you get a microwave from a thrift store...

"Is it that bad?" There was a slightly worried look on his face at the reply. He wondered how bad it really was. Here he thought Queens could be bad with criminal activity.

"I heard about that place! Is it nice there?"

Mr. Bucky! Oh- yes please! My microwave broke...

The walk wasn't long but it was peaceful.

"I don't think I've seen you before. Are you new around here?"

"Awesome! I mean cool." He shifted awkwardly before leading the way towards the small coffee shop.

"I'm Peter. Uh Peter Parker. What's your name?"

"Oh- Would you like me to get you a coffee as an apology?" He asked, knowing that he had enough to get her one and himself a juicebox. If he had another coffee, he'd never hear the end of it.

"There's a coffee shop right nearby."

"Are- Are you ok? Did I hurt you?" He asked kind of rushed, hoping that this other was alright.

"I should've been paying attention but I had to really go to this store cause my friend said the star wars Lego set was almost sold out and-" Now he's rambling.

"I know that its important but...I guess I just really have important things to do that I can't really explain. Sorry-"

He felt bad, he really did but Peter couldn't just say what was going on. He wished that he could though.

Now he felt like this was a bad idea. Something was 𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢 wrong but he couldn't just assume on that.

"Oh! Uh yeah! I eat a lot too but I guess I just get hungry pretty quickly."

It wasn't a complete lie at least.

Queens was a bit more busier than usual. Peter was trying to get to his destination but ended up bumping into someone.

"Sorry!" He exclaimed with an apologetic expression.

"Peter. It's nice to meet you, Caelina." He greeted, nodding a bit at her. There was a continuous warning in the back of his mind, like his senses telling him something was severely wrong.

"So...what do you do in your free time?"

"Oh! Uh- Yeah well about that. I uh..."

He had to think of some kind of excuse since he had just been doing what he normally did when trouble was around but now that he was done, school had been practically over.

"I was feeling sick this morning! Like a really bad stomach bug but I feel better!"
