Truth be told, I wasn’t completely sold on BOTW until I saw its final trailer at the Switch 1’s January 2017 presentation. Not my favourite game trailer of all time, but goddamn, it’s definitely in my top 10 for sure.

100% agree with this. When I was younger, I really struggled to get into the Zelda series, but that changed with BOTW.
It was the first game I bought for the Switch 1, and I’m so glad I did because playing it for the first time was basically me going outside my own comfort zone. Fantastic game.

If you are interested in a game but your brain is stopping you from trying it because it's outside of your "comfort zone" then you should absolutely still try it.
Because guess what, if you're massively interested in it, then it's not out of your comfort zone.
