With the responsibility of breastfeeding, alphas are able to form strong bonds with their pups, but also form stronger bonds with their mates because before the pup is born, it's up to the omega to get milk production started. (And there's no better way to do so than by using their mouth.)

Instead of omegas breastfeeding the pup, this is actually an alpha's duty. While alphas are the ones who provide and take care of their omega while carrying the pup, once the pup is born and the omega has healed, then the omega becomes caretaker for the alpha.

This adaptation is evolutionary. Instinctually, omegas do this to make sure their alpha has put as much seed in them as physically possible, until there's absolutely no chance that they're not knocked up. But this isn't the only reason alphas have bigger, sensitive chests.

It's not so much the omega that's locked in place, but the alpha, stuck to endure this overwhelming attention, making them buck their hips and cum a second (or third, or fourth) time, until their omega's stomach is swollen with cum and finally satisfied.
