The turn of season and weather makes for a dramatic view at West Kennet Long Barrow.

This is the last weekend of British Summer Time, before the clocks go back and evenings draw in sooner. Enjoy your field trips this weekend!

All the places I showed you on my return, as you waited patiently for me to come home from field trips…

Now you can freely walk alongside me and see them for yourself.

Thank you, beloved Poose.

UPDATE: Found safe this morning, huddled in the corner of the neighbour’s garden.

He spent the night there, as he’s not so good jumping walls these days. Administering food, hugs and warmth as part of his recovery 😺

The silence here is deafening. The door and window is open, but still he doesn’t come home.

Where have you gone, little guy? #rdg #rdguk

With #ReadingFestival over, so begins the annual Carmageddon Games, where traffic in town reaches a standstill, while locals point and laugh.

This year sees the tactic of walking along the IDR and slip roads, until you see your lift. Bad for safety and traffic flow #rdg #rdguk
