((It is, but I don't typically jump in unless Yuna has already been slighted. I found our arguments fun. I just have personal issues with someone, and their friend group, who have made me question. So I am choosing not to engage. I would rather argue and have it lead to RP not keyboard warriors.))

Wow sounds like u don't know either. Let me enlighten you; depending on the amount of flooding there could have been water moved to grassy areas prior to the storm. If they knew before the storm why was nothing done? Obviously no one would have done shit during a hurricane. That's just dumb.

If anyone actually reads FDH does a fantastic job helping people. That changes nothing that someone made a bad call. Actually, whether or not the basement could have been pumped over evac is up for debate. Clearly, if all you have is insulting my intelligence for a defense then you don't understand

I guess my question was draining the water more or less work than moving an entire hospital to a rust bucket. To me it seems like a no brainer to drain the basement of a new building over moving to an older building.
