Well thats the thing, i don't think he actually has one because any time he mentions them, he never links anything or mentions a name or anything like that, its always just "well my boyfriend..."
There is an account on Twitter called @fustyskunklover which i think is just his alt though

Exactly. And if their boyfriend did make this art but their still posting it, then it means they are willingly posting something they know was traced over by someone

Your boyfriend does not own deviantart, just accept that you've been caught out again and stop posting traced art

I just found a DA page that uses the name of someone else entirely, but it jas these same 3 posts, so I wonder if they're pretending to be somebody else to prevent getting caught
