I got tested for #adhd again and took my medication for the first time in nearly 10 years. I will probably continue singing in my head as I always do, but right now, I feel so much clearer than I have in years. I feel like I finally have the headspace to tackle my neglected chores today.

Here's Astrid! Sherlock needs a friend to keep him busy so we visited the shelter and adopted this sweet girl. Astrid has little training and doesn't know her name, but seems housebroken at least. Her MO is putting her face in your lap and getting head scratches.
