With Visa the biggest winning tactic is playing dumb. You have to act like a super confused customer. They’ll stay on the line with you for a very long time and even take questions with you after they read the nonsense statement
MasterCard put me on hold for 10 minutes but I did get a case number.
Visa didn't give me a case number and rushed to get me off the phone real quick. I called back and spoke to someone else who referred me to their email. I prodded and did get a (likely fake) case number.

We have to stay with it. The fucking Die's cast. If people let it die down or move on because it's not "trending" they absolutely will win on this and that cannot happen.
