January reads. Several really good books here. White feminists, please read Hood Feminism. We’re doing it wrong. Also, Radium Girls would have been a different story if it was Radium Boys. Also recommend the audio versions of The Night Diary and Finding Me. They were excellent. #readingchallenge2025

Finished listening to this book over the weekend. This was so well done. Definitely one of the top memoirs I’ve read. Highly recommend the audiobook because she reads it herself.

Finished this one at 3am. I couldn’t put it down for the second half of the book. So many feelings after reading it. It will stick in my mind for a long time. @jodipicoult.bsky.social #readbannedbooks

A disheartening read about the resurgence of white supremacist violence in response to societal progress toward racial equity, particularly after the election of Barack Obama and during the Trump era. Well done, though. #booksky #libby

White Rural Rage by Paul Waldman and Tony Schaller takes a deep dive into the forces behind political polarization in rural America. It explores how economic struggles, cultural changes, and fears about identity are driving anger and extremism.
