Elty can breathe a calming sparkly blue mist/vapor at will.
Depending on the amount he floods the vicinity with, it can relax, intoxicate (think weed), or even arouse. But it cannot arouse unless there's *mutual attraction*.
If produced thickly, it runs down his maw like backflow incense. :3
