depending on how sick i feel, i make an immunity boosting tea (whatever you can find near you, but usually one with lemon or elderberry is good) and then i add a spoonful of honey and a packet of emergen-c. the real trick is chugging it down without coughing or choking bc it tastes terrible 😬
